During this time of year people typically get together with family and friends to celebrate. However, not everyone is in a space to celebrate.
Some could be going through mental health struggles and may want to avoid gatherings for a variety of reasons. Some of you could be surrounded by lots of people this season and yet still feel lonely and disconnected from them. Others may want to have a celebration but don’t have anyone to celebrate with.
