Embody The Future, Now

In December 2023 my mum and I had some time to pass in the city before our lunch reservation for her birthday.

We were strolling down New Bond Street (where all the bougie shops are in London) and I happened to walk past an art gallery.

I felt nudged to go in.

Although I love and appreciate art, I never normally go to an art gallery.

But this time I felt like doing something different.

I thought to myself, “Wouldn’t it be nice to play the role of someone rich for the next 20 minutes?”

So I walked in confidently.

I went towards the back and was admiring this piece of 3D art I noticed:

The Art Consultant, Erica, walked over with a smile.

“How are you? Can I help with anything?” she said.

I smiled and asked her how much the piece was.

“One second, let me just check my folder for you.”

She flicked through a few pages and then stopped.

“This one is £22,000”

“Hmmm, that’s not bad. I like it.”

She asked what my budget is.

“Anything up to £50,000 is great. If it goes over a little that’s fine too. I can be flexible.”

Lol.

I had nowhere near that in my bank account. But she didn’t know that. She was responding to the energy I was radiating.
