Happy birthday!! I really enjoyed this list. I’m 32 and could relate to all of these. Traveling is so important for growing and expanding and gaining a wider worldwide perspective. Being vulnerable about what’s actually bothering us and wearing our scars with pride instead of shame is something that we can all work on! The world would be much lighter and kinder and come from a place of love and understanding. Thank you for sharing your reflections. Happy birthday again!

Let go of others people’s perceptions of yourself. Focus on what is. Let go of what you think other people are thinking about you. They are most likely not thinking those thoughts and realize that you’re the only one thinking about that perspective you think they have of you. Recognize yourself for who you are and nurture your own qualities. Value yourself based on your own actions, not what other people think they know about you.
