Letting go of so many things; versions of myself I no longer need to carry, wounds that I no longer need to nurture, generational trauma, personal trauma, and so much more. 🙏🏻 thanks for asking. This is such a wonderful space here. And yes collectively there seems to be a shift. A good one.
There’s a lot there! I’m unwinding in a similar way. Be gentle with yourself as you do and let yourself make mistakes and relapse along the way. It’s not a straight line. Just yesterday on my monthly Soul Circle call I talked about the importance of nurturing our body as we move through the layers of the self and let go of stuff. It can be a heavy journey and we often remain disconnected from what our body needs. I think you’d enjoy those monthly calls. My partner Hannah also does a guided meditation 🙏🏽
