Currently, I am working on a series about change. The changes we are being called to make in our daily lives. This is not about fixing what is wrong with us but moving closer to what our soul is beckoning us toward. This begins with listening, deep listening to ourselves, and paying attention. Then we must question the story we are telling ourselves about it and create a toolbox to implement it in our life.
